We’re a well-established private practice (PPO/FFS) with an amazing, close-knit team—and we’re looking for a standout dental assistant to join us!

About the Company

Our practice is built around one simple philosophy: patients come first.

Our team includes:

• 1 Dentist
• 3 Hygienists
• 2 Assistants (including you!)
• 1 Office Manager
• 1 Front Office Coordinator

We pride ourselves on a supportive, positive work environment where everyone trusts and helps each other. We stay on schedule, value efficiency, and keep stress low.

Office Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Morning huddle at 6:40 AM
• No late evenings or weekends!

Requirements

We’re searching for a true dental assistant professional—someone confident, skilled, and ready to contribute at a high level.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Implant restorations knowledge
• Anterior & posterior temporaries
• Digital scanning
• CBCT & panoramic imaging
• Intraoral & extraoral photography
• Invisalign case management
• Lab case organization
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

You Are:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Punctual and dependable
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to maintain a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
