Giving a 'Thumbs up' signals your approval, adding that professional to your preferred pool for future engagements. A 'Thumbs down' indicates they weren't the right match, effectively removing them from being considered for your future shifts. Additionally, we offer a 'Happiness Guarantee': if you're dissatisfied with a professional within the first four hours, you can opt to send them home without incurring any charge for their time, and we'll arrange for a replacement to meet your practice's needs.

To cancel a shift, navigate to the 'Shifts' tab in your dashboard and select 'View' for the shift you wish to cancel. Please note, cancelling between 24-72 hours before the shift will result in a $40 cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of the shift start, this will result in a full shift charge.

Yes, we take care of all administrative tasks, including making direct payments to the professionals, as well as managing tax paperwork and liability issues, monitoring clock-in/out times, and performing one-on-one vetting of each professional.
