Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $22 - $30 per hour, based on experience
• Monthly Production/Collection bonus available for all team members
• EFDA-certified candidates eligible for a per-filling bonus in addition to base pay

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday (4-day work week)

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of procedures
• Take and process digital and traditional impressions
• Fabricate temporary crowns
• Capture and process dental X-rays
• Assist with composite and amalgam procedures
• Perform sterilization and infection control duties in compliance with protocols
• Coordinate patient care to ensure a smooth and positive experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of dental assisting experience
• DANB X-ray Certification
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Dental Assistant Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• EFDA Certification (not required, but unlocks additional per-filling bonus compensation)
