Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Present treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Collect co-pays and manage financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records using Softdent software
- Support the team with general administrative duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of dental front-desk or reception experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance plans, and billing procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management software, Softdent is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Schedule
- Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
