We’re looking for a Dental Office Manager / Front Office Coordinator who can confidently manage the front office while creating a welcoming, polished experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Manage scheduling and maintain a productive, well-balanced schedule
Utilize Dentrix efficiently for all front office functions
Verify insurance, submit and track claims, and follow up on outstanding accounts
Handle accounts receivable and overdue claims with consistency
Present and discuss treatment plans clearly and confidently
Help patients move forward with needed care and coordinate financial arrangements
Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
Open the office (6:45 AM) Monday–Wednesday

🎯 What We’re Looking For

2+ years of dental front office experience (preferred)
Strong proficiency in Dentrix
Solid understanding of insurance verification, billing, and claims management
Experience with treatment planning and case acceptance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude with low-drama energy

💰 Compensation & Benefits

$26–$35+ per hour (based on experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates)

🕒 Schedule

Monday–Wednesday: Full days (early start at 6:45 AM), and closing up between 3:00-4:00 PM
Thursday: Half day (with potential to expand to full day)
