Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by coordinating patient treatment with care and compassion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dentrix, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of patient treatment plans with care and compassion.
• Take ownership of patient flow to ensure appointments are efficiently scheduled and prepared in advance.
• Collaborate closely with dental providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for both staff and patients.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator is required. Prior experience as an office manager is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Dentrix software and familiarity with HIPAA regulations are essential.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a well-presented demeanor.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Every second Friday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Flexible scheduling options are available.
