Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a welcoming front desk environment
• Answer multi-line phone system, manage scheduling, and confirm appointments
• Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage insurance verification
• Coordinate with dental team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and office technology
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and commitment to excellent patient service

Work Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• Consistent hours to support practice needs and work-life balance
