Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a stellar first impression
• Schedule, confirm, and optimize appointments to maintain an efficient daily productive schedule
• Answer multi-line phones, triage patient inquiries, and manage email/text communications
• Manage patient electronic health records (EHR) and verify dental insurance benefits accurately
• Coordinate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and minimize wait times
• Process patient co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances at check-in and check-out
• Assist with dental billing tasks, including preparing electronic insurance claims, managing pre-authorizations, and utilizing CDT codes
• Utilize TDO daily to manage scheduling, patient records, and billing
• Coordinate patient flow for 2 Endodontists to ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Proficiency with TDO is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of ADA Codes and limitations, frequency.

• Hourly pay: $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience
