Patient-Centered Dental Receptionist – $21-$25/hr + Dental Insurance

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist with at least 1 year of front-desk experience to join our team. If you’re a team player who excels at building rapport and thrives in a patient-oriented setting, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients from primarily Polish community with PPO insurance plans
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for our practice sharing the reception area
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle patient communications with professionalism and warmth
• Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and kitchen space
• Collaborate closely with dental assistants and clinical staff, providing support as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or medical front-desk role
• Dependability!
• Honesty -Strong customer service and communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work Monday (if not, no problem, we only have hygienist that day), Tuesday, and Thursday 9-4:30 or 5pm. Saturdays are optional, only if wanted
• Team-player mindset

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly pay: 21 - 25 per hour, commensurate with experience
• After 4 mo of employment, general dental work for you and close family (spouse and children ) done by our dentist free of charge, you will be responsible for lab fees only if applicable
