Dental Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients warmly in person and over the phone
• Verify insurance coverage and handle patient check-in and check-out
• Manage appointment scheduling and treatment planning using Dentrix software
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front-desk operations
• Foster a patient-centered experience and supportive environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental reception or related experience
• Proficiency with Dentrix and insurance verification processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor and strong team-player attitude
• Highly organized with attention to detail

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Thursday workweek
• Competitive hourly rate of 18 - 22 per hour
