About the role
Overview
Join our small team in a boutique dental practice: 1 Dentist, 1 Manager, 2 RDAs. FFS and PPO only, no HMOs. This opportunity is for a hi-productivity and hi-efficiency candidate with compensation to match!
M-W 7:30-5:00, Th 7:30-3:00
Responsibilities
Primary duties include scheduling, collections, treatment plan presentation of fees, insurance billing, posting payments to patient accounts, answering phone, online ordering office supplies, submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies. Print and mail monthly patient statements.
Secondary duties include multiple items to keep the office running smoothly for ~14 patients/day.
Compensation & Benefits
- $35+/hr. DOE
- 120 hours PTO/year
- 6 paid holidays
- 5% 401k match
- $3000 in-house dental benefit/year
Requirements
Port Ludlow is 30 mins drive from Port Townsend, Sequim, and Poulsbo.
- No HR experience required: Dr. is staff supervisor.
- Computer skills required.
- Dental or medical front office experience required.
Current Manager is retiring in January. Ideal start date is 11/30/26 with ample time for training.
