About the role
Overview
We are welcoming a motivated and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate RDH to launch their dental hygiene career in a supportive, patient-centered environment where mentorship, professional growth, and high-quality preventative care are our top priorities.
Schedule
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Flexible lunch scheduling available
- Flexible days available if Monday-Wednesday are the only availability
Compensation & Benefits
- $75 – $78 per hour
Responsibilities
- Performing professional teeth cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conducting comprehensive oral health assessments
- Taking and interpreting dental radiographs
- Providing preventative treatments to support long-term patient health
- Educating patients on oral hygiene best practices
- Collaborating on treatment planning to deliver exceptional patient care
- Utilizing Dentrix for digital charting and patient records
- Operating Dexis and iTero for comprehensive diagnostics
- Managing comfortable patient pacing with 60-minute adult prophy/90-minute new patient to ensure high-quality, personalized care

Requirements
- Active State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Local Anesthesia certification (required)
- Nitrous Oxide monitoring - not offered on site
- New graduates are highly encouraged and welcome to apply!
