Overview
Our Bothell office is looking for a skilled and motivated orthodontic assistant to join our growing team. If you thrive in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment and love making a difference in patients' smiles every day, this is the opportunity for you.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $22 - $27 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Patient hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
- Daily shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (all hours worked, including morning setup starting at 8:30 AM and evening wrap-up/cleaning until approximately 5:30 PM, are fully paid)
Responsibilities
- Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
- Change archwires and place separators
- Polish teeth and prepare patients for bonding
- Take orthodontic records (photos, X-rays, impressions)
- Educate patients on orthodontic care and oral hygiene
- Perform sterilization and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
- Utilize iTero scanner for digital impressions and records
- Navigate TopsOrtho for patient charting and scheduling
Requirements
- 1+ year of orthodontic or dental assisting experience
- Orthodontic Assistant Certification (preferred)
- X-ray Certification (required)
- CPR/BLS Certification (required)
