About the role
Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a stellar first impression
- Schedule, confirm, and optimize appointments to maintain an efficient daily productive schedule
- Answer multi-line phones, triage patient inquiries, and manage email/text communications
- Manage patient electronic health records (EHR) and verify dental insurance benefits accurately
- Coordinate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and minimize wait times
- Process patient co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances at check-in and check-out
- Assist with dental billing tasks, including preparing electronic insurance claims, managing pre-authorizations, and utilizing CDT codes
- Utilize TDO daily to manage scheduling, patient records, and billing
- Coordinate patient flow for 2 Endodontists to ensure efficient daily operations
Requirements
- 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Proficiency with TDO is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of ADA Codes and limitations, frequency.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience
