Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a stellar first impression
Schedule, confirm, and optimize appointments to maintain an efficient daily productive schedule
Answer multi-line phones, triage patient inquiries, and manage email/text communications
Manage patient electronic health records (EHR) and verify dental insurance benefits accurately
Coordinate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and minimize wait times
Process patient co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances at check-in and check-out
Assist with dental billing tasks, including preparing electronic insurance claims, managing pre-authorizations, and utilizing CDT codes
Utilize TDO daily to manage scheduling, patient records, and billing
Coordinate patient flow for 2 Endodontists to ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements

1+ year of dental front office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of dental insurance
A positive, team-first attitude
Proficiency with TDO is highly preferred
Strong understanding of ADA Codes and limitations, frequency.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience
