Recently under new ownership, we are proudly returning to our roots as a private practice — family-owned, community-focused, and deeply committed to the patients we serve. Our team is tight-knit, with many members who have been with us for years, even decades. Patients know us by name, and we know them just as well. We are looking for a warm, organized, and passionate individual to join our growing family.

Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate ready to launch their career or someone that has been working for years, all in a supportive, established private practice environment. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, building lasting relationships, and contributing to a team that truly values collaboration and positivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and periodontal maintenance cleanings
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments
• Take and interpret dental radiographs
• Deliver meaningful patient education on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Provide preventative treatments to support long-term patient health
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure an outstanding patient experience
• Utilize Eaglesoft and SOTA Cloud to document patient care and capture high-quality diagnostics
• Manage a comfortable schedule with 60 minutes to ensure thorough, patient-centered care

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday (four-day work week!)

Requirements

• Active MO Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (required)
• Local Anesthesia certification (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• A warm, friendly, and organized personality
• Passion for patient education and preventative care
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $45 - $55 per hour
