Are you a newly graduated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) ready to launch your career in a supportive, positive environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis, working Mondays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our patient care team, you will:

Deliver high-quality dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance
Capture and evaluate diagnostic dental radiographs
Perform comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings
Administer preventative treatments (fluoride, sealants) to support long-term patient wellness
Formulate and present customized, patient-centered treatment plans
Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and home-care strategies

Requirements

We welcome new graduates and are committed to helping you grow your skills in a nurturing, team-focused setting. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

Active State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (Required)
Local Anesthesia certification (Preferred)
Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification (Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $42 – $47 per hour based on experience and qualifications
