Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive RDH who enjoys building relationships with patients and providing personalized care.

Responsibilities

What you’ll love about our office:

• No double booking or assisted hygiene (you’ll have time to get to know your patients)
• 1 hour for recalls and periodontal maintenance as well as 1.5 hours for new patients and SRP
• Clinical autonomy to determine the best hygiene plan for your patients
• We’ll order the instruments and supplies you need
• Strong focus on patient education and the connection between oral and overall health
• Supportive team with low staff turnover

We offer work/life balance with our 4-day work week: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 4 PM with a 30-minute paid lunch.

Requirements

We’re looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist who is:

• Passionate about providing exceptional care and patient education
• A true team player with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude
• Currently licensed in the state of Nebraska (required)
• Licensed to administer local anesthesia (required)
• Familiar with Open Dental/Dexis software system
