Responsibilities

We value our hygienists and are looking for a dedicated professional to perform the following clinical and patient-focused duties:

Deliver exceptional Periodontal Therapy, including scaling and root planing (SRP), localized antibiotic delivery, and laser-assisted periodontal therapy (LBR/LANAP support)
Perform comprehensive periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and digital radiographs (CBCT/Scanner)
Provide customized patient education, preventative services, and co-diagnosis support to help patients understand their treatment plans
Build strong patient rapport and maintain meticulous clinical notes within Dentrix
Collaborate closely with our periodontal team to maintain an unprecedented level of patient care and a seamless clinical workflow

Requirements

Active State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required)
Minimum of two years of clinical hygiene experience (Preferred)
Active CPR/BLS certification
Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide permits (Preferred)
Proficiency with Dentrix dental software
A strong passion for dentistry and a belief in its role in overall patient health

Compensation & Benefits

Full Time, 32 hours per week

Scheduling & Workflow

To ensure our hygienists can deliver the highest standard of periodontal care without feeling rushed, we structure our daily schedule with generous appointment times:

Prophylaxis / Maintenance Appointments: 60
Scaling & Root Planing (SRP) / Active Therapy: 90
Daily Patient Volume: Approximately 6-7 per day, allowing ample time for comprehensive charting, patient education, and sterilization protocols.
