• Offered hourly wage $45-$51hr DOE + Monthly Team BONUS potential + Monthly Hygiene BONUS potential.

Requirements

• 2+ Years min experience hands-on RDH.
• AZ RDH LICENSE (Active).
• AZ LASER CERTIFICATION (Active).
• AZ RADIOLOGY Proficiency CERTIFICATION (Active).
• CPR/BLS CERTIFICATION (Active).
• ANESTHESIA & N2O CERTIFICATION.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise and strong clinical confidence emphasizing on periodontal disease identification, SRP execution, soft-tissue management, routine prophy's, take digital x-rays/3D CBCT's and intraoral photos in a modern, high-tech, patient-first dental practice. Handle operatory setup/breakdown, sterilization, help keep daily patient flow running smoothly. You will work closely with Dr. Kleiner to develop patient treatment needs. It's a very welcoming, collaborative culture where the team works closely together & patients are treated with genuine care in a low-stress environment. As a RDH clinician you must demonstrate chairside efficiency & flow, flawless adherence to health/safety-sterilization standards in a tech-forward positive-culture small practice.
