Our Lake Stevens practice is a privately owned, patient-focused office with a team that believes in helping one another. We value a positive attitude, strong patient relationships, continued learning, and great clinical care. Whether you're a recent graduate beginning your career or an experienced hygienist ready for a change, we're interested in finding the right person, not simply the longest résumé.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70–$80+/hour DOE
- Monday–Thursday schedule, part-time considered
- 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
- Health & vision insurance
- Paid holidays

- Some Fridays for training and professional development
- A supportive doctor and collaborative team
- And yes... an office therapy dog named Bonsai (Cavapoo - sweet, hypo-allergenic)
Requirements
We'd love to meet a hygienist who:
- Genuinely enjoys connecting with patients
- Is comfortable educating patients about their oral health
- Values teamwork and is willing to help where needed
- Brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Takes pride in delivering excellent clinical care
- Wants to continue learning and developing professionally
