About the Company

All Smiles Dentistry | Lake Stevens, WA

Ready for a dental office that could actually feel like home?

Finding the right hygiene position is about more than an hourly rate. It's about the people you work beside, the doctors you work with, the patients you care for, and whether you feel good walking through the door each morning. At All Smiles Dentistry, we're looking for an RDH who wants that kind of long-term fit.

Our Lake Stevens practice is a privately owned, patient-focused office with a team that believes in helping one another. We value a positive attitude, strong patient relationships, continued learning, and great clinical care. Whether you're a recent graduate beginning your career or an experienced hygienist ready for a change, we're interested in finding the right person, not simply the longest résumé.
