All Smiles Dentistry | Lake Stevens, WA
Ready for a dental office that could actually feel like home?
Finding the right hygiene position is about more than an hourly rate. It's about the people you work beside, the doctors you work with, the patients you care for, and whether you feel good walking through the door each morning. At All Smiles Dentistry, we're looking for an RDH who wants that kind of long-term fit.
Our Lake Stevens practice is a privately owned, patient-focused office with a team that believes in helping one another. We value a positive attitude, strong patient relationships, continued learning, and great clinical care. Whether you're a recent graduate beginning your career or an experienced hygienist ready for a change, we're interested in finding the right person, not simply the longest résumé.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70–$80+/hour DOE
- Monday–Thursday schedule, part-time considered
- 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
- Health & vision insurance
- Paid holidays
- Paid sick time
- Some Fridays for training and professional development
- A supportive doctor and collaborative team
- And yes... an office therapy dog named Bonsai (Cavapoo - sweet, hypo-allergenic)
Requirements
We'd love to meet a hygienist who:
- Genuinely enjoys connecting with patients
- Is comfortable educating patients about their oral health
- Values teamwork and is willing to help where needed
- Brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Takes pride in delivering excellent clinical care
- Wants to continue learning and developing professionally
New grads are encouraged to apply. Experience is wonderful, but attitude, character, and willingness to grow matter just as much to us.
Modern Dentistry + Modern Technology
Our clinical technology includes:
- iTero Scanner
- Dental Laser _ Diodes
- Dexis Digital Imaging
- Pan/Ceph/CBCT Imaging
- Eaglesoft Practice Management Software
Come Meet Us
We're proud of the direction our practice is heading and we're looking for a hygienist who wants to be part of it.
If you've been searching for a modern, family private practice where you can build relationships, grow professionally, and be part of a team that values your contribution, we'd love to start a conversation.
