Overview
We are a growth-oriented dental practice with a patient-centered philosophy and a friendly, positive team culture. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled dental hygiene professional to join our team on Mondays and make a meaningful impact on our patients' oral health journeys.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care across a range of hygiene services, including:
- Performing thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis
- Conducting comprehensive oral health assessments
- Providing preventative treatments to support long-term patient wellness
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care
- Delivering periodontal maintenance therapy
- Collaborating on treatment planning to support individualized patient care
- Taking and interpreting dental radiographs
Requirements
- 1+ year of dental hygiene experience
- A passion for patient education and preventative care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $58 - $71 per hour, based on experience
