Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator – $18–$24/hr + Bonus | 4-Day Work Week

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tx Coordinator professional to join our growing dental team. What You'll Do

• Coordinate treatment plans and present them confidently to patients
• Manage insurance processes including submitting PPO claims and attachments
• Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient, productive schedule
• Answer phones with professionalism and excellent etiquette
• Process patient payments and work with financing tools such as Sunbit and CareCredit
• Utilize Mango for patient communication
• Complete end-of-day reporting accurately
• Deliver exceptional patient care from check-in to check-out
• Support social media and marketing efforts with an open and enthusiastic mindset
• Work within Open Dental software for daily operations

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience
• Strong knowledge of PPO insurance, claim submission, and attachments
• Proficiency with Open Dental software preferred
• Familiarity with Mango, Sunbit, and CareCredit a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to grow

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday (4-day work week)
