About the role
Feeling Underappreciated in Your Dental Hygienist Role?
We’re searching for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist who’s ready for more than “just a job.”
At Damascus Dental of Mount Airy, we keep our team small, supportive, and stress-free—because a friendly, relaxed environment makes every day better for both our patients and our staff.
Can you relate to any of these?
You go above and beyond for your patients but rarely feel appreciated or supported. You feel rushed through appointments and wish you had more time to provide quality patient care. You work in a high-stress environment that leaves you feeling more exhausted than fulfilled. Achieving a healthy work-life balance feels impossible. If this sounds familiar, it might be time to find a better fit—a place you can call your “forever office.”
