We are a patient-centered dental practice looking for an experienced front office professional that is cross trained as a registered dental assistant to join our close-knit team. What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recalls
- Handling phone calls, patient inquiries, and front desk communications
- Processing insurance verification and billing
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- 6 or more years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who embraces a collaborative, patient-first philosophy
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Holds a RDA license
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (four-day work week)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $25.00 per hour
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
