Overview
Our modern general dentistry practice in Rockwall, TX is seeking a passionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our collaborative team on a part-time basis (1-2 days per week). We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we offer generous appointment times—including 60 minutes for adult recalls and 2 hours for new patient exams—allowing you to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care in a supportive, state-of-the-art clinical environment.
Requirements
- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Diode Laser certification (preferred, or willing to obtain).
- Strong clinical and technical hygiene skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a desire to collaborate with a close-knit team.

About Our Practice
We are a Private family practice with a dedicated team of 8. Our practice philosophy is centered on patient centric, collaborative, low stress, ensuring we deliver 5-star service to our patients while maintaining a supportive, positive work environment for our staff.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care including Prophylaxis, SRP, digital x-rays, patient education.
- Utilize modern dental technology including Oryx, Itero scanner, Diode laser to assist in diagnosis and patient education.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage a standard 60 mins for adults and 2 hrs for new patient exams appointment flow.
- Collaborate with the dentist and dental assistants to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $48-52/hour
- Structure: Hourly
- Benefits: paid uniforms after 90 days
