Responsibilities

Welcoming and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recalls
Handling patient inquiries in person and over the phone
Processing insurance verification and billing
Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Utilize OMS Vision daily for scheduling, billing, and patient records
Manage a daily flow of approximately 30-45 patients, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes
Mondays 8AM-4PM, Tuesdays 8:30AM-1:30PM, Wednesdays 8AM-4PM, Fridays 8AM-4PM

Requirements

1+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience
Strong understanding of dental practice management software and dental insurance verification workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Work Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $21 - $22 per hour
