This is a full-time or part-time opportunity within a practice that serves general, PPO, and private patients. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in dental hygiene, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Performing hygiene procedures
- Reviewing patient medical and dental histories
- Scaling and polishing teeth
- Taking appropriate radiographs as needed
- Applying preventive treatments
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care
You will work with one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on providing thorough, individualized care. Appointment times are typically 1 hour for recall patients and 1.5 hours for new patients.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is organized and professional. A college-level education and current dental hygiene training are expected, along with strong teamwork skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits
