Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!)
Compensation
- $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Handle insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and billing
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
