Compensation & Benefits
$19 - $28 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday, full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist in root canal procedures alongside the endodontist
- Take and process endodontic X-rays with accuracy
- Manage patient anxiety and ensure a calm, comfortable experience
- Prepare and sterilize instruments before and after procedures
- Operate apex locators during endodontic treatments
- Handle rotary instruments safely and efficiently
- Provide support during emergency care situations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- RDA certification preferred or required where applicable
- Strong chairside manner with a compassionate, patient-first attitude
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to long-term growth with our practice
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
