We’re a well-established private practice (PPO/FFS) with an amazing, close-knit team—and we’re looking for a standout dental assistant to join us!
About the Company
Our practice is built around one simple philosophy: patients come first.
Our team includes:
- 1 Dentist
- 3 Hygienists
- 2 Assistants (including you!)
- 1 Office Manager
- 1 Front Office Coordinator
We pride ourselves on a supportive, positive work environment where everyone trusts and helps each other. We stay on schedule, value efficiency, and keep stress low.
Office Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Morning huddle at 6:40 AM
- No late evenings or weekends!

Requirements
We’re searching for a true dental assistant professional—someone confident, skilled, and ready to contribute at a high level.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Implant restorations knowledge
- Anterior & posterior temporaries
- Digital scanning
- CBCT & panoramic imaging
- Intraoral & extraoral photography
- Invisalign case management
- Lab case organization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
You Are:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Punctual and dependable
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Able to maintain a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
