Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $22 - $30 per hour, based on experience
- Monthly Production/Collection bonus available for all team members
- EFDA-certified candidates eligible for a per-filling bonus in addition to base pay

Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (4-day work week)
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Take and process digital and traditional impressions
- Fabricate temporary crowns
- Capture and process dental X-rays
- Assist with composite and amalgam procedures
- Perform sterilization and infection control duties in compliance with protocols
- Coordinate patient care to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- DANB X-ray Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Dental Assistant Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- EFDA Certification (not required, but unlocks additional per-filling bonus compensation)
