Dental Assistant – $18–$28/hr | 4-Day Work Week & Growth-Oriented Team

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $18 - $28 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!)

Core Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of procedures
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Perform sterilization and instrument management duties
• Coordinate patient care and ensure a smooth, comfortable patient experience
• Take digital and traditional impressions, including iTero scanning
• Assist with composite and amalgam procedures

Qualifications & Certifications

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience required
• RDA certification (if applicable to your state)
• EFDA Certification preferred
• Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus
• iTero scanning experience preferred
• Willingness to cross-train across multiple clinical roles is highly valued
