Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, SRP, and periodontal maintenance for a general patient population
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and capture radiographs using DentalAI and Overjet
- Administer preventative treatments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care strategies
- Collaborate closely with dentists and team members in a patient-centered environment
- Document patient records and treatment notes accurately within dental practice software
Requirements
Required:
- Active Washington State RDH license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date — new graduates welcome)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong commitment to preventive care and patient education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience with SRP and periodontal therapy
- Local anesthesia permit
- Comfort with AI-assisted dental technology such as DentalAI and Overjet
Compensation & Benefits
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Hourly Rate: 60 - 65 per hour
