Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: 65 – 75 per hour
- $5,000 signing bonus

Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Capture and interpret radiographs
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
- Develop and present individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient education on preventative care and oral hygiene
- Collaborate with the dentist and dental assistants to coordinate patient flow and deliver a seamless, positive patient experience
Requirements
Required:
- Valid RDH license in good standing
- Clinical proficiency in prophylaxis, radiographs, and periodontal therapy (SRP)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong patient communication and education skills
Preferred:
- Local anesthesia permit
- Experience with digital radiography and practice management software
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative, technology-driven environment
