Overview
Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences? Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop office staff to achieve performance and service goals
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Hold team members accountable for attendance, performance, and behavior standards
- Conduct daily morning huddles focused on production, collections, and schedule optimization
- Address performance concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Operations Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor schedules to maximize provider productivity and minimize downtime
- Ensure proper patient flow and timely delivery of care
- Maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation and completion of clinical and administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment needs
Financial & Performance Management
- Drive achievement of production and collection goals
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Ensure accurate posting of payments and reconciliation of financial reports
- Manage accounts receivable and follow-up on outstanding balances
- Support case acceptance and same-day treatment initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue and operational efficiency
Patient Experience
- Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction
- Address patient concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Promote a welcoming and supportive office environment
- Support patient retention and referral growth
Compliance & Risk Management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure proper handling of confidential patient and employee information

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of dental office management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of dental operations, scheduling, and insurance processes
- Experience managing production and collections performance
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
