We are a relationship-based, fee-for-service practice focused on comprehensive care and a high level of patient experience. We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, reliable, and takes ownership of their role without needing to be managed.

Mission of the Role To support the doctors in delivering high-level dentistry while making sure every patient experience feels organized, calm, and well taken care of.
What success looks like Within the first 6 months, you are: -Keeping the schedule running smoothly without preventable delays -Assisting confidently in advanced procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, implants, and full mouth rehabilitation -Maintaining consistently high standards with setups, breakdowns, sterilization, and clinical support -Documenting accurately and staying organized in Dentrix without things being missed or forgotten -Following through on anything that needs to be completed without reminders -Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit -Supporting financial conversations and collecting payments in a clear and professional way
Responsibilities -Provide exceptional chairside assistance during restorative, cosmetic, implant, surgical, endodontic, and other specialty procedures -Support patient comfort, education, and post-operative instructions -Anticipate the needs of the doctor and patient to ensure a calm, efficient, and refined clinical experience -Preparing operatories ahead of time so appointments start smoothly -Taking x-rays, photos, and maintaining accurate records -Keeping sterilization and infection control consistent and organized -Staying on top of clinical and administrative details in Dentrix -Ensure a smooth handoff between clinical and front office workflows to support a seamless patient experience -Accurately collect payments, review treatment details, and assist with patient checkout -Helping maintain flow and efficiency throughout the day
