Overview
Join our established private dental practice as an experienced Dental Assistant, contributing to a team dedicated to exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will assist dentist in crown and bridge procedures, dentures and partials as well as a variety of other treatment procedures. Dentrix experience preferred.
We are a 2-Doctor, 4-Hygienist practice with a patient base that spans back over 25 years, so customer service is extremely important to us!
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record-keeping.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, including 3D scanners.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental assisting and chairside assisting
- Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar softwares
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy
- Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques
