Dental Receptionist – $20–$28/hr | PTO & Dental Insurance

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist with 3+ years of experience to manage our front desk operations. In this role, you'll uphold exceptional patient service, maintain organized schedules, and contribute to a positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and professionally handle front desk operations: answer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
- Answer multiple telephone lines with exceptional phone skills
- Greet and check patients in/out; prepare necessary patient paperwork
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage; identify payer sources
- Record and collect patient copays and balances in a polite and professional manner
- Assist patients with financing options, including CareCredit
- Prepare and present financial and treatment plans to patients
- Audit patient accounts and manage payment collections
- Support other front office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist experience
- Proficiency with dental ADA codes
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Energetic, positive, and friendly demeanor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
