Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-desk operations with a welcoming demeanor
• Schedule and confirm appointments, handle cancellations and rescheduling
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate patient communications
• Verify patient information and process intake forms
• Manage patient records, insurance claims, and billing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist or front-desk experience
• Dentrix and/or Back-Office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling software and basic office systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
