As a dental operations manager, you’ll play a pivotal part in overseeing and optimizing our practice’s daily functions. We are working on scaling and expanding, and are looking for the perfect fit to help our practice thrive. You’ll optimize the day-to-day functions at this office, manage front-office activities, and support marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-office operations and ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Process billing, dental coding, and insurance claims accurately using Dentrix
- Liaise with insurance providers to resolve claims and payments
- Support marketing initiatives to attract and retain patients
- Train, mentor, and coordinate front-desk staff for top performance
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost practice efficiency
Qualifications (Must Have Proven Experience)
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience in a dental office
- 3+ years of dental front-office/ reception experience
- Worked in dental in the past year
- Proven proficiency with Dentrix software, dental codes, and insurance billing
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in marketing support or practice growth initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and drive results in a team setting
