As a dental operations manager, you’ll play a pivotal part in overseeing and optimizing our practice’s daily functions. You’ll optimize the day-to-day functions at this office, manage front-office activities, and support marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-office operations and ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Process billing, dental coding, and insurance claims accurately using Dentrix
- Liaise with insurance providers to resolve claims and payments
- Support marketing initiatives to attract and retain patients
- Train, mentor, and coordinate front-desk staff for top performance
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost practice efficiency
Qualifications (Must Have Proven Experience)
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience in a dental office
- 3+ years of dental front-office/ reception experience
- Worked in dental in the past year
- Proven proficiency with Dentrix software, dental codes, and insurance billing
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in marketing support or practice growth initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and drive results in a team setting
