Dental Operations Manager
- Hourly Pay:
28 –
38 (commensurate with experience) - Schedule: Monday – Friday (flexible)
- Hours: 36 – 40 per week

As a seasoned dental operations manager with a strong operations background, you’ll play a pivotal part in overseeing and optimizing our practice’s daily functions. You’ll manage front-office activities, support marketing efforts, and drive productivity improvements in a team-oriented, state-of-the-art environment that values continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-office operations and ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Process billing, dental coding, and insurance claims accurately using Dentrix
- Liaise with insurance providers to resolve claims and payments
- Support marketing initiatives to attract and retain patients
- Train, mentor, and coordinate front-desk staff for top performance
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost practice efficiency
Qualifications
- 6+ years of dental front-office or reception experience
- Proven proficiency with Dentrix software, dental codes, and insurance billing
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in marketing support or practice growth initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and drive results in a team setting
