Dental Front Office Coordinator | Emergency Dental Practice | Weekends

Overview

We are looking for a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who learns quickly and genuinely cares for others. We are a high-volume dental practice specializing in treating dental emergencies, providing urgent care to patients who need us most — including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Insurance verification, billing, and claims submission
• Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients
• Manage patient check-in / check-out efficiently across a busy multi-provider schedule
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix
• Support patient follow-up calls and urgent care intake

Requirements

Required:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Compassionate, driven, and eager to learn

Preferred:

• Dentrix knowledge
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment
• Experience with treatment planning
• 1+ year of dental insurance experience
• 1+ year of dental front office experience

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on experience

Salary: $19 per hour

Work schedule

• Friday: 9:30am - 8pm
• Saturday 9:30am - 6pm
• Sunday 9:30am - 5pm
• Monday 7:30am - 4pm
