We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice looking for a reliable, organized, and personable full-time front desk professional to join our close-knit team. If you thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment and love making patients feel welcome, this is the opportunity for you.

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Thursday by appointment (typically half days)

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
Answer phones and efficiently schedule appointments
Check patients in and out in a timely and professional manner
Collect and process patient copays accurately
Maintain precise patient records and ensure full HIPAA compliance
Manage patient recalls and proactive patient communication
Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support the team

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a dental or medical front desk role
Experience with Dentrix software is strongly preferred
Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to a patient-centered approach

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience
