What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
Handle insurance verification, billing inquiries, and treatment plan presentations
Collect and process patient payments
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

What We're Looking For

3+ years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with dental practice management software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
A positive, team-first attitude that aligns with our practice culture

Tuesday through Friday

Hourly pay: $32 - $40 per hour, based on experience
