About the role
Overview

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $22 - $27 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Providing chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Fabricating temporary crowns with precision and care
- Assisting with composite and amalgam restorations
- Coordinating patient care to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Taking digital and traditional impressions
- Capturing X-rays accurately and efficiently
- Performing sterilization duties in compliance with infection control standards
Requirements
- 1+ years of dental assisting experience
- RDA certification (if applicable in your state)
- A well-rounded clinical skill set — highly valued here
- A passion for patient care and a team-first attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the practice
