Looking for a dental hygiene position where your clinical judgment is respected, your schedule is flexible, and quality patient care comes first?
Kathleen A. Kasper, DDS, is seeking a personable, skilled, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established private dental practice in Carrollton, Texas.
We believe hygienists should have the time, resources, and professional independence necessary to provide exceptional patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $55 per hour.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work up to 14 days per month, with the opportunity to help select and manage your working days each month.
- Clinical Autonomy: Most hygiene appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes, allowing dedicated time for thorough prophylaxis, periodontal charting, and scaling and root planing (SRP). Our hygienists have full flexibility to customize appointment lengths according to individual patient needs, including plaque and calculus accumulation, staining, periodontal conditions, and treatment complexity.
- Quality Over Quantity: We value thorough, individualized patient care rather than a high-volume approach.
