Responsibilities

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your core responsibilities will include:

Chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
Taking and processing X-rays (digital and traditional)
Assisting with composite and amalgam procedures
Performing sterilization duties in accordance with infection control protocols
Taking digital and traditional impressions
Utilize eaglesoft for clinical charting and scheduling
Operate modern imaging systems, including itero scanner

Schedule

This is a 4-day work week position, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday — giving you a mid-week break every week!

Requirements

3+ years of dental assisting experience
RDA certification (if applicable in your state)
Dental Assistant Certification
Current CPR/BLS certification
Coronal Polish Certification preferred
A team player with a friendly, professional attitude
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $41,000 - $50,000 per year (equivalent to $20 - $24/hour, based on experience)
Employment Status: Full-time
