Our private dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our amazing team! Must have at least 1 year experience in a dental office setting and the ability to pass a Non-THC drug test prior to hiring.

Requirements
- Must have prior experience in a dental office setting
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with dental practice management software (we use Sensei and Carestream products)
- Ability to multitask
- Reliability and punctuality are mandatory
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients with a smile and managing the check-in and check-out process
- Answering and managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Collecting payments and discussing financing options with patients confidently
- Maintaining social media presence
Office Hours
- Monday 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Wednesday 7:00am- 3:30pm
- Thursday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
- Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick leave, and PTO benefits
